Training should
do you good.
Numbers help with training, but not every number helps everyone. Under Wellbeing in reppd you choose which numbers you want to see and how your streak counts. You can switch everything back at any time, your data stays.
Hide the numbers.
Three switches, each on its own. Weights on the bar always stay visible.
Body weight & measurements
The Body tab shows notes and photos only. No weight slide in your weekly recap, no points for measurements.
Calories
No kcal during workouts. The Apple Watch readout in your session shows heart rate only.
Comparisons
No rank ladder, no comparisons with others and no last-week slide in your recap.
Hidden doesn't mean deleted: your entries are kept and come back as soon as you switch back.
Your streak, your rhythm.
You decide whether reppd counts days or weeks.
Days
Days in a row. If you're sick or injured, mark the rest day and your streak holds as long as you need.
Weeks
A week counts when you reach your weekly goal of training days, no matter which days. Streak achievements are hidden in this mode.
Rest days without guilt.
Mark a day as a break and tell reppd why. The reason stays on your device.
Planned
Recovery is part of training. Your streak holds two planned breaks in a row.
Sick
Your streak holds as long as you need.
Injured
Your streak holds as long as you need.
Life
Family, work, travel. Your streak holds two breaks in a row.
Points that don't push you to overdo it.
These rules apply to everyone, with or without the switches:
- A second full session on the same day only earns a small 10 RP consolation, no volume bonus.
- Body measurements earn points at most once per calendar week.
- Rest days earn points up to three times a week.
The same idea is built into our calculators.
The calorie deficit and TDEE calculators never suggest eating below your estimated BMR, don't show deficit levels at a BMI under 18.5, and are meant for adults.
