Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Online Dispute Resolution Platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the corresponding obligation to link to the ODR Platform no longer applies.
